About the Role

As a Resident Assistant/Caregiver, you will provide assistance in the personal care and protection of residents in the assisted living level of care. This role is designed to actively incorporate CARF/CCAC standards into the daily rhythm of life for our residents.

You will develop a deep awareness of residents' interests and needs, assisting them in maximizing their independence and participation. Your day will involve working one-on-one with residents to provide direct care, assisting with activities of daily living, and facilitating scheduled program activities. This is an on-call position with a variable shift and variable days schedule, offering flexibility for those who can adapt to changing needs.

To be successful in this role, you should have prior experience working with seniors, current First Aid & CPR certifications, and a flexible schedule.
