The Resident Services Administrator serves as the operational backbone of the Community Manager's office, ensuring the building runs smoothly in accordance with Douglas Emmett's high standards. This role is designed for a high-energy individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in delivering exceptional customer service. You will be the first point of contact for visitors and tenants, projecting a professional image while managing the daily flow of office operations.
Your day will involve a dynamic mix of administrative and customer-facing tasks. You will greet visitors, manage incoming communications, and coordinate the dispatch of engineering services for tenant requests. A significant portion of your time will be dedicated to ensuring tenant satisfaction by following up on service completions and preparing detailed monthly reports for the Community Manager. You will also coordinate welcome packets and events, acting as a liaison between tenants, vendors, and management to foster a positive community atmosphere.
