Key Responsibilities
- check_circleEngage residents one-on-one and in small or large group settings
- check_circleLead or assist with social, religious, educational, and exercise activities
- check_circleSupport the coordination of the monthly newsletter
- check_circleEncourage resident participation and document activity outcomes
- check_circleReview resident goals and progress notes
- check_circleAssist in decorating for special events, holidays, and seasonal celebrations
- check_circleFacilitate games, art, music, trips, and special events for residents
- check_circleCoordinate external trips including reservations and ensure resident safety
Requirements
- verifiedHigh School Diploma or equivalent
- verified6-12 months of relevant experience working with seniors
- verifiedWorking knowledge of Word, Excel, and Outlook
- verifiedAvailability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays
Nice to Have
At least 6-12 months of relevant experience working with seniors and leading life enrichment activities.
