We are seeking a compassionate and organized Resident Care Coordinator to support day-to-day operations in our senior living community. This role ensures high-quality, person-centered care by coordinating resident services, supporting care staff, and collaborating with physicians, families, and interdisciplinary team members. As a key leader within the care team, you will help foster a safe, supportive, and engaging environment for our residents while ensuring compliance with health standards and best practices.
