About the Role
As a Per Diem Resident Assistant, you will provide essential personal care and protection to residents, whether in their private residences within the community or offsite at a private home. This role is about more than just tasks; it is about developing a deep awareness of residents' interests and needs to help them maximize their independence and participation in daily life.
Your day will involve a blend of supportive care and companionship. You may prepare meals, assist with dining activities, and remind clients to take medication. You will escort clients to medical and social appointments, run errands, and facilitate participation in social activities. Additionally, you will handle home management duties such as housekeeping, shopping, laundry, and sorting mail. As a representative of HumanGood, you are expected to provide effective customer service that meets our standards and cultural expectations, presenting yourself professionally to ensure resident satisfaction.
