About the Role
As a Per Diem Resident Assistant, you will serve as a dedicated representative of our company, providing assistance in the personal care and protection of residents within their private residences, whether within the community or offsite. This role is designed to help residents maximize their independence and participation in daily life.
Your day-to-day impact involves developing a deep awareness of residents' interests and needs. You will assist with meal preparation and dining activities, escort clients to medical and social appointments, run errands, and facilitate participation in social activities. Additionally, you will manage home-related tasks such as housekeeping, shopping, laundry, and sorting mail, while responding to personal requests like reading or entertainment. A key part of your responsibility is reminding clients to take their medication and ensuring all interactions reflect professionalism and meet our cultural expectations.
