The Residence Life Coordinator operates with a strong customer service orientation, grounded in student development theory and a keen understanding of the unique needs within an educational living-learning environment. Reporting directly to the Director of Housing & Residence Life, this role plays a key part in fostering a supportive and engaging residential experience aligned with the University's mission.
As the Hall Director for a residential community housing approximately 300–400 students, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of the comprehensive housing system, including the Housing Selection process. This is a 12-month, full-time, live-in professional position where you will participate in an on-call duty rotation to support student safety and well-being.
