Reservation Manager Agent Part-Time

About the Role

U-Haul is seeking a Reservation Manager Agent to join a dynamic, fast-paced team where no two days are the same. Reporting to the Traffic Control Manager, this role is central to supporting customers, field team members, and U-Haul dealerships. Your primary focus will be managing reservation placement and the strategic distribution of equipment. You will act as a bridge between incoming customer demand and regional inventory, directing equipment to areas based on productivity status to balance market levels and meet future needs.

In this position, you will assist with inbound and outbound calls, review reports to ensure equipment availability and accuracy, and support the Company's U-Box portable storage product. Success in this role requires a results-oriented mindset, strong multitasking abilities, and a commitment to providing outstanding customer service.
