The Role
In this position, you will serve as a vital link between our clients and our services. Your day will involve communicating with clients through calls, emails, texts, and Zoom to explain benefits in clear, simple terms. You will maintain accurate client records, follow up promptly, and collaborate with a virtual team to hit achievable daily goals.
We are looking for individuals who are self-motivated, reliable, and tech-comfortable. While a Life & Health License is required, we provide the guidance and support needed to obtain it.
