The Research Support Specialist serves as a key contributor within the School of Marine and Atmospheric Sciences, working under the supervision of Principal Investigator Dr. Shelby McClelland. This position is dedicated to assessing changing cropland use and management in Bangladesh, specifically focusing on the drivers of industrial animal agriculture.
The role requires a unique blend of independent initiative and collaborative teamwork. The successful candidate will operate with minimal oversight, applying strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail to complex environmental data challenges. Effective oral and written communication skills are essential for translating technical findings into clear reports and manuscripts.
