As a Research Associate, you will be a vital part of our assay development and clinical validation efforts. This role exists to ensure the accuracy and efficiency of our laboratory workflows, directly supporting the advancement of our MRD technology. You will assist in experimental design, data collection, and analysis while collaborating closely with senior scientists to refine molecular biology and genomics processes.
In your day-to-day, you will manage specimen shipments, prepare samples for testing, and conduct routine procedures under supervision. You will be responsible for maintaining high-quality laboratory notebooks, troubleshooting equipment, and ensuring a safe, orderly lab environment. Your ability to make technical decisions and adapt to time-sensitive project milestones will be key to our success.
