About the Role
This position serves as the Hospital Concierge, acting as a vital link between patients, visitors, and staff while supporting the organization's safety and security services. The role is designed to ensure a welcoming and efficient environment within the designated area, handling all telephone inquiries and walk-up requests with professionalism.
As a key member of the Guest Services team, you will facilitate guest transportation, manage wheelchair stock in the lobby, and direct complaints or questions to the appropriate personnel. This role requires a proactive approach to maintaining a positive image of the organization through effective customer service techniques, ensuring that every interaction leaves a lasting impression of care and competence.
