The Patient Care Coordinator (PCC) serves as the face of the clinic and the patient's guide throughout their journey to better hearing. As an essential component of the Clinic Team and a steward of its resources, the PCC ensures a professional and inviting front office experience. This role is pivotal in managing the clinic's daily rhythm, from the morning huddle to the final patient departure, ensuring every interaction reflects our commitment to care.

Key Responsibilities
- check_circleFacilitate concierge-level patient experience in the front office
- check_circleCollect insurance information and submit billing requests
- check_circleReceive patients and answer phones using standard greeting scripts
- check_circleSchedule follow-up appointments and conduct retention outreach
- check_circleManage patient schedules and confirm all appointments

Requirements
