Operating through dedicated Centres of Excellence and remote locations, our teams support customers and vehicles worldwide, delivering a seamless and premium ownership experience.
As the Repair Preparation Lead (AMTA), based across Monticello, NY and Apex, AZ, you will take ownership of the administrative and operational coordination activities within our hypercar workshops. This role sits at the heart of the operation, ensuring that workshop activity runs smoothly, accurately, and efficiently, while supporting both technicians and leadership teams. You will succeed in this role if you bring development or motorsport experience, a strong technical understanding, and a proactive, "can-do" attitude. Above all, we are looking for someone who takes pride in high standards, promotes a positive image of the brand, and is confident supporting high net worth customers in sometimes demanding situations.
