About the Role
We are seeking a Client Services Associate to join our Customer Experience group. Reporting to the Client Services Supervisor, you will play a key role in impacting patient health every day. This position manages the order workflow and provides customer support in strict compliance with policies, procedures, and regulations. If you are passionate about thriving in a fast-paced environment and contributing to the mission of enabling healthier lives, this role is for you.
Work Environment
This is a fully onsite position based in San Diego, CA.

Key Responsibilities
- check_circleManage entire order process for specific OAEs and assigned accounts in Salesforce.com
- check_circleFax specimen requests to pathology and follow up to expedite turnaround time
- check_circleSet up new portal users, manage password resets, and assist with IT support
- check_circleProactively contact Pathology for additional material when orders result as QNS
- check_circleProcess orders and resolve holds to ensure specimens begin testing ASAP
- check_circleContact ordering providers to obtain missing information and resolve clinical discrepancies
- check_circleMonitor CS Dashboard reports to track open tasks, pending specimens, and QNS results
- check_circleCreate and update physician contact and medical practice records in SFDC
- check_circleForward physician callback requests to appropriate staff and document actions in SFDC
- check_circleHandle incoming calls and emails by logging into CS Call Queue and monitoring inboxes
Requirements
- verifiedBachelor's degree preferred
- verifiedHigh School diploma required
- verifiedHIPAA training
- verifiedCompliance with state, CLIA, and CAP requirements
