About the Role
As a Rental Car Shift Supervisor, you will serve as a key leader at our airport site, managing people while ensuring operational excellence. This role exists to bridge the gap between management direction and daily execution, fostering a culture of safety and service excellence.
In this position, you will lead your team to complete daily tasks and meet performance standards. You will be responsible for training new hires, providing them with the necessary tools to succeed, and representing the company's values and vision to all associates. The role requires you to work under minimal supervision, manage time effectively, and adapt to changing schedules. You will also be expected to follow all company safety policies and produce reports on performance targets to maintain smooth operations.
