About the Role
Kelly Professional and Industrial is seeking a flexible, data-driven Remote Social Media Analyst to join the Issues Management & Crisis Response Center of Excellence team for Yum! Brands. This weekend Social Listening Analyst position is critical to supporting 24/7 brand reputation protection for Yum! and its portfolio of brands, including KFC, Pizza Hut, Taco Bell, and Habit Burger & Grill.
In this role, you will monitor global media and social channels to detect reputational threats, proactively identifying and analyzing potential brand risks. You will partner with global teams to ensure timely and thorough media landscape reporting, leveraging social listening tools to interpret trends and measure impact. The position requires producing detailed reports each shift and supporting the Yum! Brands' Corporate Communications team with ad-hoc monitoring projects as needed.
Work Context & Schedule
This is a long-term temporary remote position requiring high responsiveness to support global coverage needs. Shifts are structured around weekends, typically operating on a schedule of three weekends on and one weekend off (approximately 48 hours per month). Available shifts include:
- 7 PM – 3 AM EST
- 3 AM – 11 AM EST
- 11 AM – 7 PM EST
