The Project Manager will play a pivotal role in driving business transformation initiatives while managing key operational responsibilities. This position is integral to EnableComp’s mission of optimizing processes, improving operational efficiency, and ensuring scalability to support the company’s ambitious growth strategy.
You will oversee and execute cross-functional projects that drive operational excellence and improve client outcomes. As a change agent, you will effectively communicate and manage expectations with internal teams, leadership, and external stakeholders. The role requires a hands-on leader capable of building strong relationships at multiple levels internally and with partners, while influencing areas of the business that are not under direct control. You will navigate high-pressure situations and manage complex operational challenges, particularly during post-acquisition integration processes, ensuring process standardization and technology alignment.
