As a Remote Project Manager (Mergers & Acquisitions), you will play a pivotal role in driving business transformation initiatives while managing key operational responsibilities. This position is integral to EnableComp's mission of optimizing processes, improving operational efficiency, and ensuring scalability to support the company's ambitious growth strategy.
You will oversee and execute cross-functional projects that drive operational excellence, improve client outcomes, and support the company's growth objectives. In this capacity, you will serve as a change agent, effectively communicating and managing expectations with internal teams, leadership, and external stakeholders. The role requires a hands-on leader capable of building strong relationships at multiple levels internally and with partners, while navigating high-pressure situations during post-acquisition operational integration.
