About the Role
We are seeking a coachable, challenge-seeking, and self-disciplined business partner with a growth mindset and a genuine passion for people. This role is designed for individuals who want to help families secure their financial future while growing their own skills.
In this position, you will spend 6-8 hours per week reaching out to potential clients who have previously requested coverage to schedule meetings. You will dedicate 4-5 hours weekly to researching client information to customize options that meet their specific financial needs. For two days a week, you will meet with families either virtually or in-person to present coverage options, discuss details, and assist them with applications. Additionally, you will spend 2 hours weekly on administrative tasks, such as following up with insurance carriers to facilitate client applications through underwriting.
