In this position, you will connect with individuals who have already requested information about available benefits. Your primary focus is to guide conversations, answer questions, and provide a smooth, professional experience while building long-term client relationships. You will meet with clients virtually using Zoom, walk individuals and families through available programs, and support them through onboarding and follow-up communication.
This role is designed for those who prefer a supportive environment without the pressure of cold calling, door knocking, or chasing uninterested leads. Instead, you will work with warm leads who are actively seeking assistance. You will maintain simple digital records, manage daily appointments, and stay organized while participating in ongoing training, mentorship, and development sessions.
We offer full training for candidates with no prior experience required. The process includes mentorship and development sessions to ensure you are equipped for success. We look for individuals who are coachable, motivated, and goal-oriented.
