This is a structured, remote opportunity designed for motivated individuals who want a career that actually goes somewhere. Whether you are a recent graduate or pivoting into a people-focused role, you will build real skills and grow into leadership. You won't be thrown into the deep end; instead, you will receive training, mentorship, and pre-qualified appointments so you can focus on doing the job well rather than hunting for leads.
In this role, you will conduct scheduled Zoom consultations with clients nationwide, walking individuals and families through personalized benefit options. Your goal is to explain coverage clearly, answer questions with confidence, and guide clients through enrollment step-by-step. You will maintain accurate digital records, provide consistent follow-up, and build long-term relationships that drive retention and trust. This position offers a clear path into leadership and mentorship roles based on performance, allowing you to earn while you learn and scale your income over time.
