About the Role
We are seeking a Remote Accounts Payable Supervisor to lead critical financial operations and drive process efficiencies within a fully remote environment. This role serves as a vital liaison between suppliers, external platforms, and AP leadership, ensuring the accuracy and compliance of all vendor and invoice activities.
In this position, you will support year-end activities, including 1099 processing and TIN validation, while managing the full lifecycle of supplier onboarding and eInvoicing. You will also play a key role in ERP and systems initiatives, contributing to planning, testing, and documentation for platforms such as PeopleSoft, Workday, and GHX eInvoicing. The ideal candidate will exhibit strong leadership, the ability to work independently, and a commitment to maintaining high accuracy while managing competing priorities during month-end and year-end cycles.
