Bluewater Federal is seeking a Release Train Engineer to support the United States Air Force at Maxwell AFB. This position plays a pivotal role within the Base Maintenance (BMx) Family of Systems program, which provides critical lifecycle support for enterprise logistics and maintenance systems. These systems are essential for enabling global mission readiness and sustainment operations for the USAF.
As the operational synchronization lead for the BMx Agile Release Train, you will coordinate execution across product teams, shared services, and release activities. Your work ensures that Agile execution remains aligned across a complex ecosystem including FMxC2, IMDS/IMDS-MSM, FEM, PAMS, DevSecOps, cybersecurity, cloud migration, and integration efforts. You will facilitate key Agile ceremonies such as PI Planning, ART Sync, and Inspect-and-Adapt activities while managing dependency resolution and release coordination.
