This is an outstanding long-term contract opportunity for a Release Train Engineer to work with the brightest minds in the industry. Based in Charlotte, NC, this hybrid role (2-3 days onsite) offers a competitive benefit package within a stable, 12-24 month initial contract that may include extensions or conversion.
In this position, you will partner with cross-functional teams to orchestrate planning at scale, drive execution rhythms, and optimize flow. You will serve as a point of contact for workstream implementation, coaching Product and Agile Transformation teams on SDLC, time tracking, and organizational guidelines. The role focuses on managing dependencies, impediments, and risks while promoting continuous delivery, technical excellence, and DevOps maturity.
