About the Role
The Relationship Banker I serves as the frontline of our branch, ensuring accurate and timely execution of teller and cash vault transactions. This role is designed to provide exceptional customer service while upholding strict bank policies, maintaining essential controls, and mitigating risk. Beyond processing transactions, you will partner with the branch team to help customers achieve their financial goals through the sales and servicing of bank products and services.
Day in the Life
Your day will be a dynamic blend of operational precision and relationship building. Approximately 40% of your time is dedicated to handling customer transactions, resolving account inquiries, and meticulously balancing cash drawers and vaults to ensure zero discrepancies. You will also spend significant time identifying the needs of new and existing customers, offering them appropriate products and services to support their financial well-being.
Operational integrity is a shared responsibility; you will assist with internal controls, daily report follow-ups, and night depository deposits. Throughout your shift, you will demonstrate the Bank's "Right by You" quality standards, ensuring every interaction reflects a superior level of customer service. Your success is measured by your ability to mitigate losses through accuracy, adhere to regulatory guidelines, and achieve both individual and team financial and production metrics.
Hiring Process
