About the Role

The Relationship Associate is an entry-level position designed to serve as the first step in a career progression within the organization. This is a rotational role, meaning you will work for periods of time on a rotating basis across various branches in the five boroughs of New York City. Reporting directly to the Branch Manager, you will act as the primary point of contact for members, facilitating weekly center meetings to share program information and financial education while building positive, lasting relationships with borrowers to support their business growth.

Work Environment

Grameen America is transitioning to in-person operations in phases. Field work for community outreach and member recruitment has resumed, and branch offices are moving toward in-person activities on a flexible work schedule. The role requires a flexible schedule from Monday to Friday, including early mornings and evenings, to meet the needs of our members.
