About the Role
The Bone and Joint Rehabilitation Services (BJRS) Technician plays a vital role in our collaborative care model, working alongside Physical Therapists, Occupational Therapists, and the Bone and Joint Institute of Tennessee staff. This position is designed to support the delivery of high-quality healthcare by assisting in the day-to-day operations of rehabilitation services.
In this role, you will provide therapeutic modalities such as ultrasound and electrical stimulation, manage equipment maintenance, and assist with patient setup for therapeutic exercises. You will also handle administrative duties including patient check-in/out, scheduling, and maintaining logs for hydrocollators and AEDs. Every interaction is guided by a patient-centric mindset, ensuring a positive experience while adhering to strict ethical and legal guidelines. All clinical activities are performed under the direct supervision of a licensed therapist, allowing you to contribute meaningfully to the rehabilitation process without making independent clinical decisions.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements
