About the Role

The Bone and Joint Rehabilitation Services (BJRS) Technician plays a vital role in our collaborative care model, working alongside Physical Therapists, Occupational Therapists, and the broader Bone and Joint Institute of Tennessee staff. This position is designed to support the delivery of high-quality healthcare by assisting in the day-to-day operations of rehabilitation services.

In this role, you will be the backbone of patient support, ensuring a positive and professional experience for every visitor. Your day will involve providing therapeutic modalities under direct supervision, managing equipment and linen services, and assisting with patient check-ins and scheduling. You will also promote fitness and wellness, conducting all interventions with a patient-centric mindset while adhering to strict ethical and legal guidelines.
