About the Role
As a Bone and Joint Rehabilitation Services (BJRS) Technician, you will be a vital part of a collaborative team working alongside Physical Therapists, Occupational Therapists, and the Bone and Joint Institute of Tennessee staff. Your primary mission is to assist in providing high-quality healthcare by supporting the day-to-day operations of our rehabilitation services.
In this role, you will provide therapeutic modalities such as ultrasound, electrical stimulation, and hydrocollator treatments under the direct supervision of a licensed therapist. You will also manage linen services, maintain equipment, handle supply stocking, and assist with patient check-ins, scheduling, and basic exercise activities. Beyond clinical support, you play a key role in promoting fitness and wellness, ensuring every patient interaction is conducted with compassion and a patient-centric mindset while adhering to ethical and legal guidelines.

Requirements
