Under the supervision of the Respiratory Medical Director, this position provides essential cardiopulmonary diagnostic and respiratory therapeutic support for patients in both hospital and outpatient settings. The role is designed for those who want to grow, learn, and thrive while delivering high-quality care.
You will be responsible for the daily evaluation of respiratory care patients, performing routine and entry-level critical care procedures, and providing patient education. Beyond direct patient care, you will play a key role in the operational and financial activities of the Respiratory Care Department, ensuring the maintenance of department policies and participation in quality improvement programs. The position also involves coordinating continuing education for nursing staff and representing the hospital through community health activities.
