As a Registered Nurse at Mercy, you will utilize the nursing process to deliver comprehensive patient care, maintaining professional accountability for the well-being of your assigned patients. Your role extends beyond direct care; you will evaluate the effectiveness of care provided by other direct caregivers and coordinate patient services in conjunction with various departments to ensure a seamless care experience. Upholding patient rights and the confidentiality of patient information are central to your daily responsibilities, performed in strict alignment with Mercy's mission, values, and Service Standards.
