About the Role
In this position, you will utilize the nursing process to provide comprehensive patient care while maintaining professional accountability for your assigned patients. You will evaluate the overall effectiveness of care provided by other direct caregivers and coordinate patient care in conjunction with other departments. Your duties will be performed in a manner consistent with Mercy's mission, values, and Service Standards, ensuring the protection of patient rights and the confidentiality of patient information.
