About the Role
As a Dedicated Education Nurse on the 6C unit, you will utilize the nursing process to provide comprehensive patient care. You will maintain professional accountability for the patients assigned to you while evaluating the overall effectiveness of care provided by other direct caregivers. This role involves coordinating patient care in conjunction with other departments, ensuring patient rights are upheld, and maintaining the confidentiality of patient information. All duties are performed in a manner consistent with Mercy's mission, values, and Service Standards.

Physical Requirements
This position requires the ability to push, pull, and/or lift 50 lbs on a regular basis. You must be prepared for prolonged standing and walking during each shift, as well as the ability to grip, reach, bend, kneel, twist, and squat to perform daily duties.
