Join our ICU Stepdown team at Mercy Hospital St. Louis to help deliver transformative, patient-centered care. In this role, you will support intermediate-acuity patients transitioning from critical care to Med/Surg levels, utilizing advanced technology and a collaborative culture to ensure safety and recovery.

As you work alongside physicians, advanced practitioners, and multidisciplinary partners, you will help shape the future of healthcare through innovation and compassion.
