About the Role
Join our ICU Stepdown team at Mercy Hospital St. Louis to help deliver transformative, patient-centered care. In this role, you will support intermediate-acuity patients transitioning from critical care to Med/Surg levels, utilizing advanced technology and a collaborative culture to ensure safety and recovery.
You will be part of a ministry that values your voice and supports your growth. As you work alongside physicians, advanced practitioners, and multidisciplinary partners, you will help shape the future of healthcare through innovation and compassion. This position offers a unique opportunity to build strong assessment, communication, and critical-thinking skills while contributing to unit-based quality improvement initiatives.

Requirements
