About the Role
Join our ICU Stepdown team at Mercy Hospital St. Louis to help deliver transformative, patient-centered care. In this role, you will support patients transitioning from critical care to Med/Surg level, utilizing advanced technology and a collaborative culture to ensure dignity and excellence.

Requirements
- verifiedGraduate of an accredited school of nursing (ADN, Diploma, or BSN)

- verifiedCurrent Missouri RN license or compact license
- verifiedRequired: BLS (American Heart Association)
- verifiedPreferred: ACLS, NIHSS, PCCN, or other Stepdown‑related certifications
