In this Staffing Pool position, you will provide leadership to facilitate the delivery of professional nursing care, ensuring the comfort and well-being of patients. You will utilize the nursing process of assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation to provide, delegate, supervise, and document care and teaching for patients and their families. The role also involves implementing medically prescribed interventions.
