In this Staffing Pool position, you will provide leadership to facilitate professional nursing care, utilizing the nursing process of assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation. Your role involves providing, delegating, supervising, and documenting care and teaching for patients and their families, while implementing medically prescribed interventions to ensure patient comfort and well-being.
