About the Role

As a Senior Behavioral Health professional at Ascension Via Christi St Joseph, you will guide the recovery journey for patients in our specialized department. This role exists to provide comprehensive, personalized care that addresses the full spectrum of a patient's bio-psychosocial needs.

In this position, you will lead therapeutic interventions by conducting or co-leading group therapy sessions, offering patients essential coping tools and community support. You will actively participate in team conferences to shape personalized treatment goals, refining interventions to address specific age-related and clinical needs. Your work ensures that every nursing plan is purposeful and responsive to the patient's evolving status, empowering them through real-time evaluation and adjustment of care strategies.
