About the Role
As a Registered Nurse (RN) in Surgery, you will join a vital team dedicated to providing exceptional care. This role is designed for a nurse who excels in patient assessment, care planning, and mentorship. You will be responsible for performing initial and ongoing assessments, establishing appropriate plans of care, and supervising nursing and support staff during your shift. The position requires the ability to float between staff to assist with problem-solving, manage staffing assignments based on patient acuity, and ensure the availability of necessary equipment for safe, quality care.
Hiring Process
