About the Role
This position utilizes the nursing process to provide high-quality, direct, and indirect patient-centered care. You will coordinate patient care by working collaboratively with an interdisciplinary team, communicating the patient's clinical condition and responding quickly to changes in condition or response to treatment. The role requires demonstrating knowledge of growth and development principles over the lifespan to provide age-appropriate care. You will promote the profession of nursing through collegial support and interactions, reporting to the Clinical Nurse Manager.
