About the Role
This position is dedicated to providing high-quality, patient-centered care by utilizing the nursing process. You will coordinate care by working collaboratively with an interdisciplinary team, communicating the patient's clinical condition, and responding quickly and accurately to changes in condition or response to treatment. The role requires demonstrating knowledge of growth and development principles over the lifespan to provide age-appropriate care. You will promote the profession of nursing through collegial support and interactions, serving as a professional role model and mentor while pursuing personal and professional growth.
