About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated Medical Oncology Nurse (RN or LPN) to join our team as a vital support system for patients and families. This role is designed for those passionate about delivering compassionate, high-quality care in a setting that prioritizes work-life balance. You will be the face of the clinic, greeting patients, preparing them for examinations, and ensuring a seamless flow of care.
Your day will involve performing general nursing care, administering medications, and assisting providers during procedures. You will act as a critical link between patients and physicians by triaging phone calls, conducting assessments, and educating families on diagnostics, medications, and wellness. The position offers a unique schedule: a 4-day workweek with a variable day off, operating Monday through Friday from 7:30 AM to 5 PM, with no nights, weekends, or holidays required.
