About the Role

As a Registered Nurse (RN) in our clinic, you will be the backbone of our patient care experience. You will provide professional nursing care, acting as a vital communication bridge between physicians, the healthcare team, and patients. Your day will involve a dynamic mix of clinical duties and patient advocacy, from performing nursing assessments and administering treatments to coordinating complex care activities and assisting providers during procedures.

Beyond clinical tasks, you will guide patients through their diagnostic journeys, offering education on medications, nutrition, and wellness. You will ensure the clinic runs smoothly by managing appointment flows, maintaining exam room readiness, and handling patient inquiries with empathy and efficiency. This role is ideal for a nurse who thrives in a collaborative setting and is committed to upholding Avera's core values of compassion, hospitality, and stewardship.
