We are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for our Nights, Diabetes / Renal unit to embrace our rich and historic tradition of excellence. This position is designed for professionals who want to make a difference in someone's life every day. You will join a team of dedicated professionals who are actively transforming patient care through compassion and expertise.
In this role, you will collaborate with patients, families, and the healthcare team to determine health goals and revise plans of care. You will establish a compassionate environment by providing emotional, psychological, and spiritual support, while promoting patient independence through education on conditions, medications, and self-care skills. Your work will directly impact unit statistics and quality indicators, ensuring care remains consistent with nursing practice standards and legal requirements.
The schedule consists of three 12-hour shifts (7:30 am–8:00 pm), including every other weekend. Differentals and premiums apply to this position.
