As a Registered Nurse (RN) in the Neurology Telemetry unit at Liberty Hospital, you will serve as a vital link in the continuum of care, utilizing the nursing process to coordinate an interdisciplinary approach to patient treatment. This role is designed for a professional who provides safe, therapeutic, and holistic care, integrating knowledge and experience to meet the unique needs of patients and their families.
In this position, you will function as a resource, preceptor, and mentor, offering direction and guidance to colleagues while demonstrating leadership in decision-making and problem-solving. Your day-to-day involves anticipating and intervening in safety concerns, coordinating healthcare services with vendors and physician offices, and fostering an environment where all team members thrive. You will be responsible for developing, implementing, and evaluating individualized plans of care that adapt to changes in patient conditions, while ensuring all practices align with the Kansas Nurse Practice Act and organizational standards.
