About the Role

As the Clinical Manager for the Robotics Program at Barnes-Jewish Hospital, you will serve as a self-directed leader with system-level responsibilities. This role is responsible for managing BJC Healthcare's robotics programs across academic and community campuses. You will collaborate closely with the WU Robotic Medical Director, physicians, and the vendor who sells and supports the robots. Additionally, you will work with other BJC facilities to set up robotic programs and coordinate physician and nurse credentialing.

This is a people leader position managing two interns. The ideal candidate will have a progressive career arc with leadership experience, capable of managing individual performance, hiring, training, and professional development. You will ensure that the productivity and actions of your group meet the overall operational goals of the department, while developing and adhering to staffing, revenue, and expense budgets.
