We invite a board-certified or board-eligible Urologist to join our established team in Salem, Oregon. You will be part of a collaborative group of physicians and Advanced Practice Providers (APPs) delivering comprehensive urologic services across inpatient, outpatient, and surgical settings. This role offers a full-scope general urology practice with the flexibility to pursue niche interests, including robotic-assisted surgery and AI-enhanced technology integration within our EPIC EMR system.
Your day-to-day will involve participating in a shared call rotation, performing inpatient rounds, and managing urgent urologic surgeries. Beyond clinical duties, you will have opportunities to lead in protocol development, policy design, and patient education initiatives. The position is designed to support a high level of work-life balance while you practice in the heart of Oregon's scenic Willamette Valley.
