About the Role

We are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) - New Graduate to join our team in Davenport, IA. In this role, you will play a central part in providing compassionate, excellent treatment to patients requiring long-term acute care. You will collaborate with physicians and preceptors to implement assessment plans, evaluate patient progress, and manage the ongoing care of a complex patient population.

Your day-to-day responsibilities include conducting systematic assessments of patients' physical, emotional, social, and functional needs, and developing comprehensive nursing care plans. You will serve as a productive member of the interdisciplinary team, participating in the planning and evaluation of rehabilitation goals while ensuring all medical records are accurate and timely.

Hiring Process

Applicants may apply before obtaining their license, provided they secure their license by the start date. The role is a full-time, day shift position (7:00 am - 7:00 pm) with 12-hour shifts.
