About the Role

As a Registered Nurse on our team, you will serve as a vital leader in the delivery of high-quality nursing care. This role involves directing and collaborating with team members to ensure the safe, therapeutic, and healing environment our patients deserve. You will utilize the nursing process—assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation—to coordinate care, identify clinical priorities, and drive improvements in patient outcomes.

Your day-to-day impact extends beyond clinical tasks; you will actively participate in shared governance and professional practice models that promote leadership and accountability. By focusing on patient and family-centered care, you will provide health teaching, coordinate interventions, and uphold the highest standards of professional behavior and privacy.

Schedule and Location

This is a regular, full-time position scheduled for 36 hours per week. The role operates on a night shift (7:00 PM to 7:00 AM) with a rotation of every other weekend. The position is based at the CC005485 LBH - Adult Inpatient cost center.
